TCC Wireless LLC, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Orlando, is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager. You will lead a fast-paced store, drive revenue, and manage staff to exceed sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role requires a strong leadership attitude, excellent communication, and hands-on supervision of daily operations. You will recruit, train, and coach your team, maintain store standards, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in wireless retail or similar environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Operational and financial performance management, including site P&L.

• Greet customers and provide world-class service.
• Oversee full store operations including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, and inventory.
• Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
• Lead by example to exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

• Ensure compliance with audits and secure paperwork.
