Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Orlando, seeks a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will manage staffing, performance, and P&L, drive revenue through new and existing customer accounts, and coach a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in T-Mobile or other wireless retail environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Operational and financial performance management, including site P&L management.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Full-time role working minimum 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service on the sales floor.
• Manages store operations including staffing, performance, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Leads by example, exceeding store and performance metrics.
• Hires, develops, motivates, and coaches a high-performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits and security procedures.
• Represents the company at community events.
