Job summary

As a manager you will recruit, coach and motivate a high-performing team, ensure compliance, and build strong customer relationships while meeting monthly sales targets and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail setting is essential.
• Staffing, performance management and store operations experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and achieve sales goals.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with common business applications such as Excel/Outlook/Word/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs while delivering world-class service.
• Oversee full store operations including staffing, performance, opening/closing, and inventory.
• Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new customers and increasing existing accounts.
• Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
• Manage store inventory, shipments, returns, and cash/credit handling.
• Ensure store compliance, audits, and proper paperwork security.
• Maintain store appearance and supervise back room and work areas.
• Set clear objectives aligned with broader initiatives; coach the team.
• Represent the brand at community events and foster positive image.
