Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC in Mentor, OH is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead a fast-paced T-Mobile Premium Retail environment. You will be the link between customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering outstanding service, training staff, and hitting revenue goals.

The role requires at least 2 years in wireless retail, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will oversee staffing, operations, audits, and store presentation while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers and answering phones.
Responsible for full store operations including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
Leads by example by surpassing sales goals and performance metrics.
Responsible for hiring, developing, motivating and managing a high-performing team.
Ensures store compliance with audits and security management.
Manages cash, credit card and other payment media handling /Register Management.
Maintains store appearance, back room, restrooms, and work areas per standards.
Offers consultative sales and processes price plan changes and upgrades.
