You will drive revenue through new and existing accounts, assist with activations and upgrades, and maintain store standards to deliver outstanding service. We value energetic, reliable individuals who can stand for long periods, work nights/weekends, and thrive on teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in-store and answering phones.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customers and maximizing existing accounts.
• Builds relationships with employees and customers across channels.
• Opens, closes and operates the retail facility, including cash handling and deposits.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance, back room, restrooms and work area.
• Explores customer needs and assists with activations, bill payments, upgrades and accessories.
• Achieves assigned performance metrics.
