Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead the store team and drive revenue. You will manage customer interactions, staffing, inventory, and sales performance while ensuring excellent retail standards and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Responsible for full operations of store including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and optimizing existing accounts.
• Leads by example by exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
• Responsible for hiring, developing, motivating and managing a high-performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits and paperwork security management.
• Manages cash, credit card and other payment media handling /Register Management.
• Maintains store appearance and back room to retail standards.
• Offers consultative sales and service on the sales floor.
• Sets performance expectations translating broader business initiatives into team objectives.
• Monitors progress and provides coaching; makes tough decisions when needed.
• Keeps abreast of evolving Wireless technology and assists customers with activations, changes and bill payments.
