My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its AT&T Authorized National Retailer team. You will assist and support the Store Manager in coaching a fast-paced sales team and delivering outstanding customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

Responsibilities include meeting performance goals, maintaining store operations, supporting staffing and training, and participating in marketing activities to maximize opportunities daily.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail or similar environment.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operating standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Retail or telecom sales experience preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members.
• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Support location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance.
• Assist in training and developing staff for future store leadership roles.
