Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an experienced Retail Sales Manager to coach a team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will lead daily store operations, hire and schedule staff, and coach for strong sales results while upholding company standards.

You will build client relationships, partner with the AT&T Signature team, and ensure a compliant, high-performance store environment with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in wireless or retail.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.
• Retail or telecom industry experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team to achieve company KPIs and location goals.
• Maintain staffing through recruitment and training.
• Build a steady client base via ethical customer-focused practices.
• Establish business accounts with AT&T Signature team for community events.
