My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support leadership in a fast-paced AT&T authorized retailer environment. You will coach and lead team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and technology solutions.

As you learn and succeed, you\'ll be eligible for new opportunities and financial rewards, including an uncapped commission program when sales goals are met. This role emphasizes ownership, training, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or similar field required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach teams to results.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist in development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding service.
• Train and develop skills to become a top manager when opportunity presents itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean and engaging work environment for customers and staff.
• Collaborate with team to exceed individual and store goals.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities.
