Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its retail team. You will support and coach the Retail Store Manager while leading a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products and services.

You will manage store operations, drive sales, train staff, and participate in marketing activities to maximize opportunities. Growth potential includes advancing to a Store Manager role.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field is required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred but location dependent).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team member so together you exceed person and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize your selling opportunities each day.
