My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our fast-paced team. You will assist the Store Manager in coaching staff, leading a dynamic sales floor, and delivering outstanding customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail or wireless sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operational standards.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both with customers and staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Support day-to-day store operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Help develop and train team members to prepare for higher levels of responsibility.
• Drive sales by delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Contribute to marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities each day.
• Work as part of a team to exceed individual and store goals.
