Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

You will lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales growth, train associates, and participate in marketing initiatives. A fast-paced environment rewards performance with advancement opportunities and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a wireless/retail environment.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach and motivate.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and company standards.
• Execute and exceed on sales and operational initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
