My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its retail team. You will support the Store Manager in coaching staff and driving sales of AT&T devices and services in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role offers competitive pay with commissions and bonuses, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement as you help run a busy location, manage operations, staff development, and marketing activities

Qualifikationen

• Management experience in a similar field is required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual is preferred depending on location.
• Retail or telecom experience is preferred.
• Prospecting through outbound calls is a plus.

• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.

• Support marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities each day.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive store performance.
