My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its retail team. You will support the Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and explain AT&T products and services.

You will drive sales, maintain store operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance, and train team members. This role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and flexibility, with opportunities for growth and promotion.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or wireless industry.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
