Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an experienced Retail Sales Manager to coach and develop a team focused on exceptional customer service and loyal client base. You will lead hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching to ensure outstanding store performance and policy compliance.

You will drive location KPIs, maintain staffing, and build client relationships while upholding a safe, clean store environment and delivering the AT&T experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a retail setting (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but location-dependent)

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members into successful Retail Sales Associates.
• Lead daily operations of the location, including hiring, scheduling, and coaching.
• Achieve location goals by driving KPIs and sales performance.
• Maintain staffing and conduct training and development.
• Build a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Ensure store cleanliness, inventory controls, and policy compliance.
