You will lead with integrity, meet performance goals, and participate in training programs designed to promote internal growth and future store leadership opportunities. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or wireless is required.
• Experience in customer-facing sales environment is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Execute sales and operations initiatives on time.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory, and merchandising.
