Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers and drive technology and service solutions in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide shoppers through the journey, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Starting hourly pay is $19.50 with $5 training pay; within 90 days you may move to Mobile Expert with incentives, including a $18,000 annual target.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
