Job summary

T-Mobile USA is hiring Mobile Associates for retail operations in a fast-paced environment. You will engage customers, demonstrate technology, and guide service plan selections while building product knowledge and using digital tools.

Initial on-the-job training is provided, with a training pay; after promotion, an annual incentive target of $18,000 and a guaranteed $20/hour including base pay and incentives apply. Stock grants are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, engage customers and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
