Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to assist customers in a fast-paced retail environment, building product knowledge and recommending service plans while demonstrating technology solutions.

You will engage customers, develop skills in digital tools, and contribute to a seamless shopping journey. Compensation includes an hourly base pay of $18, training pay, and opportunities for an annual incentive and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
