Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead in wireless retail to drive sales, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences at store locations in Branson, MO. The role rewards performance with uncapped commissions, paid training, and growth opportunities.

The position requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends. Travel between stores within the district may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Experience training, coaching, and mentoring sales associates.
• Ability to manage onboarding, role-plays, and on-the-job development.
• Effective one-on-one coaching and issue resolution.
• Comfortable with travel between store locations.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
