Job summary

Acosta Group in the United States is seeking a Sales Lead for Wireless Retail to drive wireless sales, coach associates, and deliver a superior customer experience across multiple store locations.

You will engage customers who are not actively shopping and convert conversations into sales opportunities, while meeting and exceeding personal KPIs and performance targets. The role offers weekly pay, training, and advancement opportunities, with travel between stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
