Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: reliable, goal-oriented sales professional.
• Experience in wireless retail or B2C sales is preferred.
• Willingness to travel between store locations and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train and coach new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues following guidelines.
• Manage shift responsibilities and floor decisions.
