Acosta Group is hiring a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive store performance, coach associates, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role offers $18-22 per hour with unlimited commissions and weekly pay, plus training spiffs and travel between locations as needed.

The position emphasizes motivating others, meeting sales KPIs, and mentoring staff, with opportunities for advancement and benefits including health plans and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Wireless retail experience and proven retail or B2C sales success.
• Experience in training, coaching, or leading a small team.
• Flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and travel between store locations.
