Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated issues following guidelines.
• Manage shift responsibilities and floor decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
