Acosta Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive store performance and coach a team of sales associates across multiple locations. The role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, coaching, and achieving sales targets with uncapped earning potential.

You will lead onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development while managing shift duties and occasionally traveling between stores. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to train and coach staff.
• Willingness to travel within district.
• 18 years or older; valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
