Job summary

Acosta Group’s Wireless Retail team is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach associates, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across store locations.

You will meet personal sales goals, train teams, conduct onboarding, and handle escalations while traveling between stores as needed. Competitive pay includes hourly wages with uncapped commissions and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Wireless retail experience preferred.
• Proven retail or B2C sales success.
• Experience in training, coaching, or leading a small team.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required
