Job summary

Arch Telecoms is looking for Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retailer team. You will learn customer service, demonstrate devices, and build loyalty by guiding shoppers through their journey in-store and online.

You'll collaborate with peers and leaders, participate in immersive training, and pursue a promotion to Mobile Expert after completing training. We offer ESOP, commissions, and ample growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age and able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and have reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store by guiding purchases and demonstrations.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Sell personalized solutions and accessories beyond devices.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and information.
• Build relationships and resolve issues across channels.
