Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old with a high school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Full time (40 hours) or part time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across online, care, and in-store shopping journeys.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond device and plan.
• Ask thoughtful questions and share expertise during purchases.
