Arch Telecom is seeking a motivated Mobile Associate to join our retail team in New Jersey. You will learn, demonstrate and recommend wireless devices and service plans while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

In this learning role, you will build product knowledge, perform hands-on demonstrations, and collaborate with store teammates to meet customer needs. Ideal candidates are 18+, with HS diploma or GED and a passion for technology.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online shopping journey and provide hands-on demonstrations.
• Engage customers by understanding needs and recommending devices and services.
• Showcase products and services to build loyalty and close sales.
• Collaborate with store team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
