Arch Telecoms is hiring for a Mobile Associate role to join our retail team. You will learn customer service excellence, help customers select devices, plans, and accessories, and demonstrate products in-store.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering best in class experience.
• Assist customers in-store with product selection and demonstrations.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Guide customers through purchasing, answering questions with empathy and honesty.
• Partner with store team to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
