Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a Retail Associate at our Hatfield, PA location to help customers in-store and online, demonstrate devices, and guide purchasing decisions. You will work with a team to learn and excelle toward a promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school degree or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability

Responsibilities

• Assist customers pick up where they left off in-store or online
• Demonstrate latest technology through hands-on in-store experiences
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear answers
