My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and AT&T technology solutions.

In this fast-paced role, you will drive sales, maintain store operations, participate in training, and motivate staff to meet performance goals while upholding company standards across a growing national network of locations.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required)
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Retail or telecommunications industry experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities each day.
