My Wireless is hiring an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching a team and delivering top-tier customer experiences with AT&T products and services. You’ll assist in operations, staffing, training, and ensuring store goals are met, while engaging customers and driving sales every day.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and ongoing training, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the My Wireless network.

Qualifications

• Management experience in wireless retail or similar field.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and company standards.
