My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching a dynamic team and delivering outstanding customer experiences with AT&T products and services. A strong emphasis on sales, staff development, and store operations is essential for success.

You will participate in training, follow performance standards, and help drive marketing initiatives to maximize daily selling opportunities while maintaining a fun, clean, and engaging store environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail or service environment.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to deliver best customer experience and sales performance.
• Execute and exceed on sales and operational initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining store operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Develop and train team members for growth and advancement.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to help customers choose the right AT&T products and services.
