Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager with coaching and leading a sales team. You will drive customer satisfaction and technology solutions across AT&T products and services, while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will participate in training, marketing activities, and initiatives designed to maximize selling opportunities while maintaining a fun and engaging store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field is required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards is required.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Bilingual is preferred depending on location.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; retail or telecom sales experience is a plus.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when机会 presents itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team member to exceed personal and team goals.
