Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products. In this fast-paced role, you will drive sales initiatives, manage operations, staffing, and training, and help develop your team to progress to store manager roles.

Competitive compensation includes base pay and commission, with ongoing training and growth

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required)
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills (Required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred depending on location) (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Responsibilities
