Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support coaching and leading the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on AT&T product/service solutions and hands-on leadership to drive performance.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities for advancement, ongoing training, and a comprehensive benefits package. Excellent customer service and sales skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required).
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required); ability to motivate, lead and coach to results (Required).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives promptly.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in operations, staffing, inventory and appearance.
• Assist in team development, training and management.
• Help customers make buying decisions with outstanding service.
• Develop skills to become a top Store Manager when opportunities arise.
• Maintain a fun, clean, exciting work environment for customers and staff.
• Collaborate with the team to beat individual and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize daily selling opportunities.
