Job summary

My Wireless is seeking a dedicated Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in leading a dynamic sales team and delivering excellent customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail environment or similar field (Required).
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual skills are a plus depending on location (Preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not always required depending on location (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operations initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself.
