Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks a Sales Consultant to represent the company in the market, engaging customers with consultative discussions, building strong relationships, and driving incremental sales. The role emphasizes visiting accounts, understanding growth opportunities, and leveraging data to maximize revenue for both customers and SGWS.

The ideal candidate will travel as needed, maintain CRM records, stay informed on SGWS products, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams

Qualifications

• Able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication techniques in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales above base business.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities in CRM (Proof).
• Visit accounts regularly, capture notes, and build visit plans in CRM (Proof).
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and position them.
• Propose selling solutions to customers and win the sale using consultative selling skills.
