Total Wine & More is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in MA to grow the brand by delivering best-in-class service and building a distinctive world of adult beverages. You will support operations, payroll, inventory and merchandising while leading a sales-focused team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in management within retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory retail role.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Grow the company brand by delivering best-in-class service.
• Support store operations and help build a sales and service culture.
• Recruit, train, and lead store team, including development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Manage payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink; ensure compliance with laws related to alcohol.
