Total Wine & More is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to grow the brand by delivering best-in-class service and a distinctive world of beverages for customers. You will support store operations and help build a sales culture to expand our customer base.

Internally, you will be referred to as Assistant Manager and report to the Store Manager. You will lead a sales-focused team, oversee payroll, inventory, and merchandising, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, and resolve customer issues.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of work experience, 2+ years of managerial or supervisory role in retail
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs)
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team with development
• Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues
• Help maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives
• Ensure adherence to all laws related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe, compliant store
• Perform other duties as assigned
