You will assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff, manage day-to-day store operations, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while delivering a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years retail managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team.
• Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, and merchandising.
