Job summary

Total Wine & More in Natick, MA seeks a Supervisor to support store operations, drive a service culture, and help grow our brand. You will contribute to sales, coach staff, and ensure compliant operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead the front-end team, collaborate with management, and focus on KPIs while delivering best-in-class service to our customers in a dynamic wine, beer, and spirits shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements: stand/walk 8-10 hrs, lift up to 50 lbs, 21+.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Supervise team and support training and development.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain safety.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
