Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume, scratch-kitchen operation with a retail market, tasting room and Wine Club program. You will grow and inspire a team, deliver Uncompromising Hospitality and help expand the Wine Club community.

The role emphasizes mentorship, accountability and driving operational excellence across Front of House and kitchen teams, with a strong focus on guest experiences and brand values.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage shift operations.
• Strong business sense and financial decision-making skills.
• Read, understand and communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Oversee 1-2 Front of House departments with mentorship.
• Hire, train and schedule hourly team members; provide tools and training.
• Coach and develop team to ensure smooth shift execution.
• Communicate clearly and build strong relationships across the team.
• Model accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence and customer hospitality.
