Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume, scratch-kitchen venue with a retail market, tasting room and Wine Club program in Illinois. Lead a team, uphold hospitality standards and drive guest satisfaction while growing the Wine Club community.

You will mentor 1–2 Front of House departments, hire and train staff, and ensure operational excellence with a focus on teamwork and culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and schedule hourly team members.
• Lead management and hourly staff by aligning with Cooper's Hawk values.
• Coach and develop staff to ensure smooth shift execution.
• Communicate clearly and build strong cross-team relationships.
• Model accountability and continuous improvement in daily operations.
