Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants seeks a Restaurant Manager/Brand Ambassador to oversee multi-department operations in a high-volume setting with a retail wine program. You will lead hourly staff, partner with the General Manager, and drive guest experience while expanding the Wine Club community.

You will coach teams, manage schedules, and ensure food safety and financial performance, leveraging your leadership to uphold Cooper’s Hawk values and guest-centric service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-driven with ability to coach teams to targets (Wine Club growth).
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.
• Demonstrates financial acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1-2 departments including food runners, host, porters and/or bar.
• Ensure collaboration between kitchen and front of house operations.
• Lead community and department meetings and coach team members.
• Maximize financial and operational results and conduct weekly inventory.
• Build and maintain Wine Club Community and educate guests about the program.
• Operate POS, scheduler, inventory software and Microsoft Office.
