Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service operation, including a scratch kitchen, tasting room and Wine Club program. You will grow and inspire a 1–2 department front-of-house team, hire and train staff, and deliver uncompromising hospitality to guests.

You will coach team members, drive operational excellence, manage shift execution, and uphold Cooper's Hawk values while cultivating a vibrant Wine Club

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant; Scratch kitchen experience preferred
• Minimum age 21 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams with strong hospitality focus
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment

Responsibilities
