Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants in Ashburn, VA is hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume, scratch-kitchen operation with a retail market and Wine Club. You will lead a team, deliver hospitality excellence, and grow the Wine Club community.

This role requires supervising 1–2 departments, hiring/training staff, ensuring policy compliance, and partnering with the General Manager to hit restaurant goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates financial acumen and ability to read, understand English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 department areas with confidence.
• Hire, train, and schedule hourly Team Members.
• Ensure policies and operating systems are followed.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Coach and develop Team Members to ensure smooth shift execution.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals.
