Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery in Arlington Heights is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume, scratch-kitchen operation with a retail market, tasting room and Wine Club. You will grow and inspire a team, deliver uncompromising hospitality to guests, and help build a vibrant Wine Club community.

You’ll manage shifts, mentor 1-2 Front of House departments, and ensure top-line performance while upholding Cooper’s Hawk values and standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Demonstrates financial acumen and strong business sense.

Responsibilities

• Grow and mentor 1-2 Front of House departments and lead by example.
• Hire, train, and schedule hourly team members; provide tools and training for success.
• Coach and develop staff to ensure smooth shift execution and high hospitality standards.
• Communicate clearly, listen actively, and build strong cross-team relationships.
• Model accountability and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence.
