Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume, scratch kitchen and full-service restaurant, including a retail market, tasting room and Wine Club program. You’ll lead a team, grow and inspire, deliver uncompromising hospitality to guests, uphold standards, and help build a vibrant Wine Club community.

Stay sharp, own operations, coach teammates, and partner with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant; scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency required.
• Demonstrates financial acumen and ability to coach team to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 department areas with confidence and uphold Cooper’s Hawk standards.
• Hire, train, and schedule hourly Team Members; ensure policies are followed.
• Foster collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house to maintain service flow.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals.
